apehal dengan IE?

so..it's like this.
my blog punya sidebar dissappear bila bukak guna internet explorer.macam ni:



tapi okey la pulak bila bukak guna google chrome(sayang GC lebey;])
the thing is,,if i go to other people nyer blog(using IE),takde masalah.
ada sesiapa tahu how to solve this?
